Hex Bolt Flange Pack | Gasket Kit with A307 Bolts & Nuts

Thehex bolt flange pack is a complete, pre-assembled flange bolt kit containing all the hardware required to seal one flanged pipe joint: a set of fully threaded hexagon head bolts, matching hex nuts, and a full-face rubber gasket — each component pre-matched by pipe size and pressure class. This bolt and gasket set eliminates the need for field personnel to source bolts, nuts, and gaskets separately, reducing assembly errors and ensuring uniform joint integrity across the entire piping system.

In marine piping applications, hex bolt flange packs are specified for seawater cooling, ballast water, bilge, fire main, fuel transfer, and freshwater distribution flanged connections throughout the vessel. The ASTM A307 Grade B carbon steel hex bolts provide reliable tensile strength for standard-pressure flanged joints, while the zinc-plated or Hot-Dip Galvanized finish offers corrosion protection in interior and sheltered above-deck environments. The distinctive red rubber gasket — manufactured from SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) compound — delivers consistent compression sealing across AWWA C110 and ANSI B16.1 flat-face and raised-face flange surfaces.

Ourflange bolt and gasket packs are assembled per AWWA C110/C115andANSI B16.1 CL125 / CL150 bolt-pattern requirements, covering nominal pipe sizes from 1"to 24". Bolts are fully threaded ASTM A307 Grade B low-carbon steel with zinc plating, Hot-Dip Galvanized, or A2-70/A4-70 stainless steel as alternatives. Nuts conform to ASTM A563 Grade AorGrade B heavy hex pattern. Gasket options include SBR (red), NBR, EPDM, and Neoprene across 1/16"and 1/8"standard thicknesses. Every marine flange bolt kit is sealed in a single package labeled with joint size and spec for instant field identification, supported by EN 10204 3.1 certification.
