SINOFASTENER Group (Ningbo Zhonglian Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd.)
is a leading Chinese manufacturer and global exporter of industrial fasteners, established in 1990. With over 36 years of continuous operation,
we have grown from a regional workshop into an integrated industrial and trading enterprise with a global footprint — serving clients across 80+ countries in construction, energy, petrochemical, marine, infrastructure, and heavy industry sectors.
Our manufacturing base in Ningbo, China, covers 50,000 square meters and employs over 200 staff, including 22 dedicated technical engineers. We operate an annual production capacity of 50,000 metric tons, producing more than 500 product categories across sizes M12 to M64.

Manufacturing Capability
We manufacture in strict compliance with all major international standards, including GB, DIN, EN, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, and BS. Our product range covers:
• High-strength structural bolts (EN 14399 / ASTM A325 / A490)

• Nuts, washers, and anchor systems

Our facility is equipped with advanced cold heading, hot forging, CNC threading, automated heat treatment, and surface finishing lines — ensuring consistent quality from raw material to finished product.

• EN 14399 & EN 15048 — First manufacturer in China to obtain dual product certification for high-strength structural bolting assemblies (2010, audited by Lloyd’s Register)
• CE EN 1090 — Anchor bolt cage certification for wind turbine applications
• Carbon Footprint — Verified under ISO 14067:2018, with carbon emission data significantly below industry average
• CNAS / ISO 17025 Laboratory — Currently under construction, will provide accredited in-house testing for mechanical properties, chemical composition, salt spray, and dimensional inspection
While our CNAS accreditation is in progress, our quality assurance remains rigorous. All products undergo full in-process inspection, and we can arrange third-party inspection and certification through DNV, Bureau
